Although Medical Justice contracts may vary depending upon the state where a physician practices, the goal of each Service Plan is to provide doctors and physicians with deterrent strategies, an early-intervention plan and the strength of an organization which can hold plaintiffs , their attorneys, and/or their medical expert witnesses for non-meritorious or frivolous medical malpractice claims.
